Order Processing

Each product is made to order. This means your item is produced only after the order is placed, allowing us to avoid unnecessary stock and reduce waste. Because of this, every piece is carefully made specifically for you.

Order preparation usually takes 1 to 3 business days before shipment.

We process orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Slovenia
Estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 business days after the order has been shipped.

European Union
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after shipment.

United States
Shipping to the United States is currently not available.
