How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery within Slovenia usually takes 2-3 business days, and delivery within the EU takes 3-5 business days.
What are your products made of?
Our products are 3D printed from environmentally friendly PLA material (a bioplastic based on corn or sugarcane). It is lightweight, durable and safe for indoor use.
How do I clean your products?
Simply wipe them with a soft, dry or damp cloth. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, hot water or the dishwasher.
Are the products suitable for children?
Our products are not toys. Products such as pendants and decorative figures are not suitable for children under 5 years of age due to small parts.
What if I am not satisfied with the product?
You have 14 days to return the product. It is important that it is unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
Are the products durable?
Our products are very durable in everyday and normal use, but they can still be damaged by strong pressure or a fall.
